This work is for women who can feel that something needs to change, even if they can’t yet fully articulate what that is. You may be functioning well on the surface while sensing that the way you’ve been living, working or coping no longer feels true.
If you’re looking for quick fixes, rigid plans or someone to tell you what to do, this work won’t be the right fit.

This work often resonates with women navigating periods of deep transition, particularly those who are trusted in their roles, relied upon by others and used to being the steady one.
How the work unfolds
I offer a small number of women private, one-to-one support through an ongoing monthly container.
Our work unfolds through conversation, reflection and integration. We slow things down enough to listen properly to your body, your nervous system, your lived experience and the patterns that have shaped how you move through the world.
I bring my background in nutrigenomics, functional nutrition and nervous system awareness, alongside deep listening and questioning that helps you reconnect with what you already know at a gut level. At times, I also draw on frameworks such as Human Design, MBTI and related psychological models where they offer additional clarity.
I hold you and your context between sessions, so you don’t have to re-explain yourself each time or carry everything alone. Insights, reflections or observations may be shared as they arise, rather than everything being confined to a scheduled call.
This isn’t on-demand support, because urgency rarely leads to the kind of clarity you’re here for. Instead, the work creates space for thoughtful response and deeper insight.
Working in rhythm
I structure my work around natural rhythms rather than constant output.
Each month includes a quieter period for integration and reflection. During this time, sessions and responses may be lighter. This rhythm is part of how I sustain clarity, presence and depth in the work I offer.
Clients often find this supportive, as it mirrors the work we’re doing together: learning to honour internal timing rather than pushing through. It allows insights to land more deeply and sustainably, rather than being rushed or forced.

Practicalities
Private work is offered on a rolling monthly basis and is intentionally limited in capacity.
Investment is £900 per month, paid in advance. Where helpful, we may explore additional tools such as genetic testing, which are discussed and costed separately.
