Nutrigenomics genetic testing looks at how your genes interact with nutrients, lifestyle and environment, helping us understand individual patterns rather than applying one-size-fits-all advice.
Nutrigenomics is used as a lens rather than a solution, offering insight into how your body responds to pressure, nutrients and environmental inputs, and always held alongside your lived experience, nervous system health and what your body is signalling in real time.
For some women, genetic testing brings clarity and reassurance. For others, it isn’t necessary. We decide together, within private work, whether it’s helpful and when to incorporate it.
This depth of work often resonates with women navigating periods of deep transition. Many of the women I work with are trusted in their roles, relied upon by others and used to being the steady one, often while quietly managing their own health and energy in the background.
Understanding deeper biological patterns
Nutrigenomics looks beneath the surface. By exploring your unique genetic blueprint, it can help explain why certain approaches have or haven’t worked, where your system may be more sensitive, and what genuinely supports your hormones, energy and resilience.
Used thoughtfully, it can:
Reduce guesswork
Bring context to long-standing symptoms
Support more personalised, grounded decisions
Without context, however, genetic data can quickly become overwhelming. That’s why I don’t use any form of testing in isolation.
Nutrigenomics in practice
When genetic testing is introduced, we look at the results alongside your health history, nervous system load, lifestyle and current life phase and is an incredible way of understanding yourself more deeply.
Genetic testing is explored within the context of private 1:1 work, rather than as a standalone service. If we decide together that genetic testing would be supportive, the cost of testing sits separately from the monthly private work investment.

Before we begin, we’ll have an initial conversation to see whether this work feels supportive and aligned for both of us.
